Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Leg Wax.

Most clients enjoy about three to six weeks of smoothness after a full leg wax. Longevity depends on hair growth cycles, hormones, and aftercare. Regular waxing often leads to finer regrowth and can extend the time between appointments.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first treatments, but pain is brief. To reduce sensitivity, avoid caffeine, exfoliate beforehand, take a mild pain reliever if needed, breathe steadily, and trust your technician's gentle technique.

Aim for about a quarter inch of hair growth, arrive clean and lotion-free, avoid recent tanning and strong retinoids, and let us know about medications or skin conditions to ensure a safe, comfortable waxing session.

Ideally hair should be around 5–7 mm (about a quarter inch) so the wax can grip properly. If hair is too short it may not remove cleanly; if too long, we may trim slightly for comfort.

Full leg waxing is generally safe during pregnancy and nursing, though sensitivity can increase. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have concerns, and informing your therapist so we can adjust technique for comfort.

To minimize ingrowns, gently exfoliate after 48 hours, use a salicylic or glycolic body product regularly, avoid tight clothing immediately after, apply soothing moisturizers, and follow our maintenance schedule for consistent results.
